If you purchase at MyFamily.ca, you can choose the payment option you prefer:

All MyFamily products have a 24-month guarantee for any quality issues or product defects. 

To benefit from the guarantee, customers must keep all invoices received by email.

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy & Procedures
Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of their order.

The following conditions must be respected before a return, exchange or refund is approved:

In your email include the reason for your request with the details of your item(s) and specify if you wish to make a return or exchange. Fill in the attached return form (click here) and include it with your email.

We also ask that you include photos of the product with your email. 

For any quality issues, include photos of the damage.

For refunds or exchanges, include photos that demonstrate that the merchandise is in good condition and that all tags and packaging are in place.

Once we have approved the exchange, return or refund, the products must be shipped to the following address:

Note: for all returns and exchanges that are not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to MyFamily Canada. Once MyFamily has received the returned product(s) in proper selling condition, we will process the refund equal to the amount paid.

For all returns and exchanges due to quality issues or a MyFamily error, MyFamily will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Refunds will only be processed if the following requirements have been adhered to:
• The returned products are unused, in their original intact packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to re-sell the product.
• The returned products must not have signs of wear or damage.

For those products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above, MyFamily reserves the right to refuse the return at its discretion.

Any internationally purchased items (purchased outside of Canada and not on the MyFamily.ca website) are only eligible for an exchange.

As soon as MyFamily receives and verifies the returned products, we will proceed with the requested refund.
Please note that:
• The refund will be made with the same payment method that was used at purchase.
• The refund will be made using the same currency used for the payment.
• The amount will be credited using the same method used for the payment (Credit Card or Paypal).
• Processing time for customers to receive the refund can vary depending on the payment method and on the bank.  In most cases, the refund is available within 5 to 7 business days of processing.

For all exchanges, customers must follow the same procedure as refunds.  Customers will be required to purchase the new item, online at their convenience. MyFamily will refund the original purchase upon receipt of the returned product (meeting all the above requirements).

We always have MyFamily products in stock and they are dispatched within 48 hours from the receipt of your payment.
Orders are shipped through Canada Post or Courier Service. MyFamily Canada only ships to Canadian addresses.
